Why Drunk People Will Not Socially Distance

After three months of lockdown, Ministers in England cautioned against certain venues reopening – bars and pubs, in particular. And it seems they had good reason for being concerned.

In London’s Soho district, images showed revelers outside the bars until the wee hours of Sunday. Police in Devon and Cornwall say they received more than 1,000 reports that were primarily “drink-related.”

John Apter from the Police Federation said, “What was crystal clear is that drunk people can’t/won’t socially distance.” He had to deal with “naked men, happy drunks, angry drunks, fights, and more angry drunks” while on shift in Southampton.

Unfortunately, even with food delivery services, many people still prefer going out in crowds.

Rose McGowan Wants Bill Clinton Arrested

Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested last week. She was known as Jeffrey Epstein’s “madam.” As a result, #MeToo activist Rose McGowan is calling for Bill Clinton to be arrested.

On Twitter, McGowan wrote, “Now get Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew.” Her words were accompanied by a photo of Maxwell and Epstein. They stood beside Harvey Weinstein with their faces crossed out.

Flight records show that Bill Clinton flew aboard the “Lolita Express,” Epstein’s private plane. Underage girls were present. Sometimes, his secret service agents weren’t around.

However, Bill Clinton denied ever knowing about Epstein’s crimes in a statement:

“President Clinton knows nothing about the terrible crimes Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to in Florida some years ago or those with which he has been recently charged in New York.

“In 2002 and 2003, President Clinton took a total of four trips on Jeffrey Epstein’s airplane: one to Europe, one to Asia, and two to Africa, which included stops in connection with the work of the Clinton Foundation.

“Staff, supporters of the foundation, and his Secret Service detail traveled on every leg of every trip.

“He had one meeting with Epstein in his Harlem office in 2002, and around the same time made one brief visit to Epstein’s New York apartment with a staff member and his security detail.

“He’s not spoken to Epstein in well over a decade, and he has never been to Little St. James Island, Epstein’s ranch in New Mexico, or his residence in Florida.”

Kanye West Announces Presidential Run

Last year, Kanye West announced that he’d run for President during the Fast Company Innovation Festival in New York City. While that didn’t quite come to fruition, it seems that the thought hasn’t left his mind.

On Saturday, West wrote on Twitter, “We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future. I am running for president of the United States! #2020VISION”

However, many are skeptical over whether he actually intends to run. Instead, they believe he might be using the announcement as a little publicity. He released his newest album, “God’s Country,” earlier this week.
