President Donald Trump wants Facebook to investigate what he believes are “phony” likes on Obama’s status update, according to The New Yorker’s Borowitz Report.
Trump says that he knows a lot of people, and none of them like the former President, or so he says.
That, along with Obama’s post being long and as “boring as a book” is what has Trump convinced that there is no way that over 800,000 people really liked the status update. He is now demanding that Facebook investigate the likes, which are clearly “phony.” The post’s popularity has to be a “rigged hoax.”
Trump also slammed Obama for his lack of proficiency with social media, which he calls the “most important part of a President’s job.”
After investigating the fake likes, Trump is demanding that Facebook remove them from Obama’s post, and give them to Trump instead.
