Dwayne Johnson Reveals His Entire Family Has COVID-19

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson revealed on Wednesday that his “entire family” has tested positive for COVID-19. This includes his wife, Lauren Hashian, and their two daughters. However, he said they’re “on the other end of it” and are “no longer contagious.”

Johnson made the announcement on Instagram, calling the virus ‘one of the most challenging and difficult’ things his family has ever gone through.

“Testing positive for COVID-19 is a lot different than recovering from nasty injuries, getting evicted or being broke, which I’ve been more than a few times,” he said.

“My number one priority is to always protect my family and my loved ones. I wish it was only me that tested positive. It was my entire family and it was a kick in the gut. We in a family are good. We’re on the other end of it and no longer contagious. Thank God we’re healthy,” said Johnson.

He added, “We are counting our blessings right now. We are well aware you don’t always get to the other end of COVID-19 stronger and healthier.”

“I have had some of my best friends lose their parents to this virus that is so incredibly relentless and unforgiving. We are counting our blessings, but we are good,” he concluded.

Pelosi Says Salon Set Her Up, ‘owes me an apology’

After facing backlash for visiting a salon this week, Pelosi is now saying it was a “set up.” Salons have been closed since March and were recently told they could reopen on Sept. 1, but for outdoor hairstyling services only.

“I take responsibility for trusting the word of the neighborhood salon that I have been to many times,” said Pelosi to reporters. “When they said they could accommodate people one at a time, and we can set up that time, I trusted that.”

Pelosi added, “As it turns out, it was a set up. So I take responsibility for falling for a set up. The salon owes me an apology for setting me up.”

Because of the ongoing pandemic, people are visiting places like salons less as a result. They’re also opting for things like using whitening toothpaste at home instead of visiting a professional.
